Each product page shows one launch production promise after artwork approval. Non-SEG products use the fastest supported checkout state; SEG lightbox kits use the current 72-hour launch state.

Confirm show-date timing
The product page production promise starts after artwork approval. Open the quote form for a show-date check that includes destination, transit service, and approval timing.
What can delay an order
- Artwork issues: low-resolution files, missing bleeds, RGB instead of CMYK
- PMS color matching (adds 1 day)
- Custom sizes that aren't in the standard kit configuration (3-5 days)
- Saturday/Sunday submissions count as Monday for production day-zero
What if it doesn't arrive on time?
A delivery date we put in writing is a promise, and we treat it that way. If we ever miss one on a rush order, reach out right away and a real person on our US team will own it and make it right. Your show is the only deadline that matters, and we plan around it.
