Portable Trade Show Displays provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
What is covered
This warranty applies only to products assembled, used, transported, and stored according to the recommended guidelines.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly or disassembly, misuse, neglect, accidents, abuse, excessive wear and tear, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused during transportation by the customer or a third-party carrier.
Trade show displays are intended for temporary event use and are not designed for permanent installations or outdoor exposure. Damage caused by wind, weather, inadequate securing, improper installation, environmental conditions, or use outside the product's intended purpose is not covered. An alteration, repair, or modification made by the customer or a third party voids the warranty.
Approved claims
If a warranty claim is approved, Portable Trade Show Displays will provide replacement parts or components at no charge. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.
